The Fixed Wing Project Office (FWPO), assigned under Program Executive Office – Aviation under the Assistant Secretary of Army for Acquisition, Logistics and Technology (ASA/ALT) seeks to provide manned Aerial Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (A-ISR) capability to the Army Combatant Commanders to support Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) requirements.

This Request for Information (RFI) is for the development and capabilities demonstration of three, High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES) prototypes. The U.S. Government (USG) will provide the aircraft and sensors as GFE (see ANNEX A). Special purpose cable kits related to GFE sensor interconnections will also be provided by the USG. All other cabling, racks, and other associated enablers are to be assumed to be contractor furnished equipment (CFE).
